“ My first 酸菜魚 in my life. It is pretty good if you don’t mind the taste of numb. As my first time, I ordered its no.1 popular dish. It is a bit spicy and more numb. It is a bit oily but very tasty. Two sides can be chosen to add in the soup. Free rice refill is offered. The staff are very friendly and nice. It is s restaurant but bright and clean. This restaurant in San Jose is just soft opening. I recommend this restaurant! ”

“ The food is so delicious here! My favorite is tomato flavor fish. The service is friendly. Wow! First time dining in since we usually take out and we were very very pleased. ”
“ Second time to this restaurant and the food is so great and the staff are also nice. The price is absolute amazing for such nice good. Totally 30 for all thoses as attached ”
“ New Chinese Sichuan fish soup spot! Right by dumpling depot. Waited about 15min for a table on fri night. No wait on weekday dinner. Menu is in english and Chinese with limited description but the staff was nice so they do try to help. Point and order is how I do it lol The food is REALLY tasty though so don't let the language barrier deter you from trying it. Got the #1 item Golden sour&spicy fish soup 5/5 (size large - enuf to feed 2). If you like fermented sour foods you'll love this! Fermented mustard greens! You choose 4 add-in side dish for large - 2 items if you get a small soup. Add in choices are yuba- tofu skin, tofu, napa cabbage, woodear mushroom, lotus root, noodles, sliced celtuce. Also tried Sichuan flavor fish soup 4/5. Both came out mild spice with a strong peppercorn mala numbing kick. It can get a lil salty the more you eat it so if you prefer ask for less salt otherwise it's just right for my tastebuds or just load up on freeee rice. The Sichuan soup fish is oily (spos to be that way) and the fish they use in that one might be fishy for some just fyi. For you non spice, non fish eaters we tried the Le shan classic beef soup/rice noodle...5/5 surprisingly really good. Noodles were perfectly cooked and soup was flavorful. Huge amount with diff cuts of beef (including innards) and cabbage. Good option for any non spicy eaters like kids. Easily feeds 2. For dessert had golden "bum" 4/5 dip w condensed milk and taro w sweet potato ball 5/5. Not too sweet, hot and fresh. Brown sugar ice jelly nice cooling item on the sweet side 4/5 If you pay cash you get to choose a free drink from their fridge... possibly a grand opening special! Happy tummies :9 ”
“ It look like they serve classic pickled fish soups from the Sichuan Chinese market. We ordered the big portion it's enough for 4 people or 2 people to eat! Pay cash can get free drinks. ”
“ I had an amazing experience at Seven Fish Cuisine! The sour soup fish was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with a rich, tangy broth that had just the right amount of spice. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion was generous. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a cozy, authentic atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real Sichuan-style sour fish soup! ”
“ I like this spicy hot pot .It's a mixture of meat and vegetables inside, and it tastes very delicious ”
